David has been involved with the local Conservative Party for many years and is currently the Chairman of Morpeth & Wansbeck Conservative Association and prospective candidate for the Morpeth North County Council Seat at the 2013 Elections.

 He is a solicitor working for a local family firm and deals with various legal issues on behalf of his clients. David is from Morpeth and lives just outside the town with his wife Nicola and his dog Wellington.
